My Bio

Real Estate was not something I thought I would be doing. Afterall, I have a Computer Science degree from Purdue University Fort Wayne and was in corporate software development for almost 20 years. And while I really liked the challenges that my first career provided, I was unfulfilled by the lack of opportunities to connect with many people in the community. So when an opportunity in Real Estate suddenly popped up, I decided to jump in. And I love it.

My training ground was in new construction with a custom builder who had a strong emphasis on education. This experience is what allows me to provide you with insights, knowledge and expertise whether you’re Building, Buying or Selling a home.

When Building, I know the process inside and out, including lot selection in a subdivision and building on acreage in the country. I’ll guide you in choosing and customizing a floorplan, including what should be considered most in your particular situation: First home. Upsizing. Down sizing. We’ll discuss your needs and goals thoroughly to meet them within your budget.

When Buying, because of my background in new construction, I’ll point out things about a property that may have gone unnoticed, both good and bad. Plus, I will negotiate strongly on your behalf to help protect your interests throughout the entire buying process.

When Selling, I’ll help you strategically price your home based upon the current market and your goals for getting the most out of your sale. I’ll help you target the areas in your home to fix, improve, and most importantly, to ignore in order to get your home ready to list.
